Refund policy

We accept returns on all unused products, as well as electronics within their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of the first delivery date. If the product has been used, even once, we cannot accept a return. No exceptions.

No exchanges of any kind are allowed unless your product is defective or damaged AND you contact us within 14 days of the 1st delivery date.

All international purchases, or purchases outside the Continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) are final. No exceptions.

Should you wish to return an item, please email us at info@njgreenscene.com within 14 days of the 1st delivery date. We will provide a return shipping address via email.

At this time we do not offer free shipping on returns.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will issue you a refund within 3-5 business days not including bank processing time.

***Please do NOT return your product to the address it was sent from! We will be unable to issue you a refund if you do this, nor will we be able to re-issue your product.

All refunds will be issued to the card that was used to purchase the item.

Amazon orders are returnable through Amazon and their partner's and subject to the terms and conditions of their return policies.
